GENERAL TERMS & SHIPPING

Delivery times begin on the shipment date and vary depending on the selected shipping service or the otherwise available service in every country. It depends on the length that the product takes to craft and create, and the place we ship from.

Products purchased from Tilanus Apparel are shipped directly from Europe, USA

Tilanus Apparel is an International Company.
We ship to most countries. 

Shipping costs depend on the customer's location.

At the delivery the courier may require the signature of the customer or a delegate person.

Unfortunately no, we cannot issue you with an invoice, but you will receive a "Purchase Confirmation" email after the order confirmation and shipping.

ONLINE ORDERS

When the tracking number is available, we will email you the tracking number of the product.

For each product presented you will find information relating to the composition, corresponding size chart and instructions for the care of the product.

It is not possible to add products to an existing order. You must place another order.

All online transactions are transmitted via a secure server with SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer).

All products purchased online have an insured policy.

Returns?
Tilanus Apparel accepts returns on any product.
We assure that the right product ordered will be delivered to you in perfect condition. Reach out to us by email or any social media with any order issues.

PAYMENT

The payment methods for purchases in our online store are debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal. Our checkout page will verify if your method of payment is acceptable when an order is made.

The amount will be charged on the selected method of payment only after acceptance and shipment of the order. You will receive an email with your purchase confirmation and the amount due has been charged.

Payment will be made in the currency shown at the checkout in our store.
